I’ve been visiting Azure Dental for teeth straightening treatment. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. I was quite dubious about how well the treatment might go, or how the service would be because the quote they gave me for the treatment was so competitive, it was much better than others in the surrounding areas - however, I had no need to be concerned because the treatment really had been fantastic. Dan and the team have been great, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and have always been on had via phone and email to answer any questions I’ve had.
I am so pleased I made the decision to come to Azure Dental, it was absolutely the right decision for my needs. I couldn’t recommend Dan and the team enough, I am extremely pleased with how things have gone so far and looking forward to the last couple of appointments to finish my treatment off.
I’ve been wearing the ICE braces for about 6 months now and I’m going to have them removed next month as the treatment has come to an end. All I can say is that I am very pleased and happy with the results and with the whole process. Everything went very smooth from the beginning thanks to Dan as he’s a perfectionist and every appointment went really quick.
On my first appointment Jordan introduced me to the ICE braces and she took the time to explain and talk me through the whole process from start to finish.
A massive thank you to Dan and the girls at Azure Dental who are always friendly and happy to help, would definitely recommend and I would definitely go there again.

I’ve Just had my full braces fitted by Dan this morning after years of putting it off. All staff really professional and made me feel at ease. Everything was explained and it all went to plan… pretty comfortable experience having them fitted, took just under an hour and a half for top and bottom. I just have to get used to them now. All in all, very pleased. Many thanks x
I’ve just had a follow up apt today, I go every 4 weeks and it’s always a pleasant experience .. only 4 months in and a huge difference already.
When I first went to Azure I had a consultation with Jordan who professionally explained everything to me about braces. She reassured me that at 75 I could still achieve the smile I had always wanted. Dan fitted braces and looked after me for 6 months with the utmost professional care. Fantastic service from Edwardo today as always.I had a severe crossbite and had to have bite blocks and braces on.I was apprenhensive about the blocks at first but Edwardo reassured me all would be worth it

I had my braces fitted in September 2025 by Dan to realign my teeth and improve my smile. My brace has been removed after 7 months and the difference is amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly which immediately puts you at ease. The overall service from start to finish has been faultless. A big thank you to all at Azure Dental x
After 9 months my ice brace journey has finished. I have to say I am thrilled with the end result, My teeth were really crooked and twisted but are now straight. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Dan who seen me every 4 weeks to check how my teeth were moving and what treatment was next. I would highly recommend Azure for any of your dental needs.
Genuinely one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. From my first consultation to getting my braces fitted, Dan and the team have been nothing but amazing. Never made me feel silly or embarrassed for anything. Explained my treatment plan to me in detail. So attentive to my dental needs. Have had an ICE brace fitted at Azure, easy to get convenient appointment times outside of work. Payment options available if you need to spread the cost or pay in instalments. Was initially told I’d need the brace for around 8 months, they’ll be off in 6 months and really pleased with the progress so far. Helpful staff and there’s always someone at the end of the phone for any questions.
I can't recommend Rebecca Newbold at Azure Dental highly enough. I have hypodontia and recently had composite bonding on my lateral incisors, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.
As I wanted the treatment completed before my undergraduate graduation, Rebecca took the time to carefully plan the process and timeline so everything would be finished in time. Throughout each appointment, she made me feel completely at ease, explaining every step and ensuring I understood exactly what was being done.
What really stood out was how much she cared about finding the right treatment for me as an individual. The results are amazing. I finally have the smile I always wanted, and it's given me so much more confidence just in time for graduation.

I visited several years ago when I needed some assistance with an implant. Now needing more significant work I visited again and was not disappointed. For most of my life I’ve had a fear of dentist’s from school to my early 60’s.
Needing some radical dentistry a practice in Warrington advised I speak and seek advice from Azure in Formby, I’m now a patient of Azure and it’s certainly the best decision I can truthfully say I’ve made after decades of fearful dentist appointments.
The council, advice and guidance was exceptional and professionally delivered in a language which enabled me to fully understand the optional treatment available within my budgets.
The care, reassurance and politeness from the staff goes above and beyond any of my past experiences, to such a level my visits to the Azure practice are without apparition or dread of pain or suffering.
Azure is one practice I would recommend I undertake in the world of dentistry and that’s the tooth the whole tooth 😁
I was terrified of dentists but after being at Azure Dental for over 18 months and having had loads of treatment, I have been met with nothing but kindness and patience. Becky the dental hygienist is really patient with me. Dan and Jason have done some amazing work with my teeth and again have been extremely patient with me. Although I will never be the greatest fan of dental work, it is a pleasure getting treatment at Azure Dental. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I moved to Liverpool in 2012, but despite that I still travelled back to London once a year to see the same dentist I’d had since childhood because I trusted him completely. As life got busier, that became harder and harder to keep up, so finding a new dentist in/near Liverpool was a big step for me.
I came across Azure and decided to book an appointment, and I’m so pleased I did. I had a hygiene appointment first with Alex, who was excellent - she talked me through everything, was so attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I then had a new patient examination with Dan, who was incredibly thorough, taking x-rays and photos and explaining everything clearly and patiently.
Both Alex and Dan were exceptional, and the care and professionalism I received from them really stood out. I left feeling relieved and reassured that I’ve found a dental team I can genuinely trust. I now have a clear plan going forward, which gives me real confidence that I’ll be able to keep on top of my dental health properly.
The practice itself is also bright and very clean. The practice manager Becca was at reception as I was leaving, and was really attentive and welcoming. I’m extremely impressed with the whole experience!

Jess explained clearly everything I needed to do at home to keep my teeth clean and addressed any problems I had clearly.
She took her time and didn’t rush. She makes you feel relaxed too, which is important.

I was seen at short notice for an issue that occurred after tooth extraction at my own dentist. I rang the number for the surgery and left some details. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely dental nurse. Both her and the dentist were fantastic!
I needed to have a tooth extracted and also had an infection - they sorted it straight away. No pain and was in and out. They were so good. I would defo recommend. Brilliant service.

I have been using Azure for 12 years - I originally had fixed braces done there with Dan and every appointment was really relaxed so
I've stayed with them ever since. I travel an hour to get there because they are so lovely and patient with me, I have very sensitive teeth and they always make me feel calm and comfortable as like many people I have found going to the dentist a scary and painful experience but azure cannot do enough to make the experience as pain free as possible and I don't ever feel anxious coming for my appointments. I have recommended Azure to my all my friends.
Always have a great experience at Azure. Been with them for over 10 years now (😱) after my wife got some dental work done by Dan. I had some replacement fillings done initially (completely pain free) and go there for regular hygienist and annual check ups now. Dan was always extremely perceptive regarding whether I was comfortable during the procedures, any slight movement on my part and Dan would immediately stop and check if I was OK. Dan and the whole team are extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

My dental health has never been better,and I cannot fault the staff in any way, from the receptionists to the dentists. When I first visited Azure, I needed some dental procedures completed, and these were done in a kind, professional, and completely “pain-free “way. Update: I had work completed by Verity, tooth extraction and a bone a bone graft. Many thanks to Verity and her assistant for making the work as pain free as possible and Verity is an extremely kind person, she’s calm and compossed and explains everything that she’s going to be doing beforehand in great detail and treats you like an actual person, (rather than just getting stuck in, doing the work and see you later kind of thing, like other Dentists I’ve been to) and a very big thank you to her assistant, the Day I was there was when there was an alert in the area and Schools on lockdown due to an Armed Threat and Bomb Alert, she had children in those Schools and was obviously very worried and concerned, yet she stayed composed and never let it get in the way of her work. And as usual, thank you to all staff for making the Dental practice envrionment such a welcoming one.
A very warm, nice clean environment to walk into, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, Dan goes over and above for his patients, choosing to move upstairs so that I could be seen downstairs (as I am disabled) all of the staff have a smile on their faces (probably because everyone who looks at me has to laugh 😃 only joking) Rebecca and her assistant her amazing with me, firstly by talking me through what she was going to be doing today (which was just a clean, polish and a prep for the next part) but it’s really nice to be completely informed of what to expect and of course to know any signals I needed if I wanted her stop. I have a long journey ahead of me with all the work that I’ll be having done with Azure Dental, but so far I am really impressed by the complete set up and all of the staff and looking forward to my next appointment (well, not really, as like most people, I have a fear and anxiety when it comes to Dentistry, but with the help of the staff I’m positive that everything will be done to ease any fears that I have. A big thank you also to Lauren, who’s currently working from home but doing all of the coordinating for me and is always there for advice.
